Let’s ask Ralf…. So – how now?
The idea of studiolution is already very old. Almost 20 years ago, a friend of mine started his own business as a hairdresser. At that time I had developed a program for him, which could be called the original version of studiolution. Growing up in a family of hairdressers and craftsmen myself, I knew a lot about the industry. Even then, the challenge was to create the link between the cash register, the Scheduling and the customer file. An important point that still forms the basis today and should generally form the basis for all systems in this area.
In the meantime, I have worked in many industries and large companies, such as 3M, the Internet pioneer AOL, XING AG as CMO or, most recently, as a board member at hotel.de AG. In 2014, I then gave up my job as a board member and founded Head-on Solutions GmbH. The rest is well known.
What do you mean by connection of cash register, Scheduling and customer file as a basis?
Only when all three – if you generally work with appointments – are together in one system does the business benefit from deep insights and the full range of digitization. E.g. appointment reminder SMS are only possible if a system knows the appointments. The same applies to online booking. Even just a cash register with an interface for the tax office will only get you so far and will mainly make the tax office happy. studiolution is therefore a complete system, so that all processes in the store from appointments to cash register, marketing, statistics to the tax consultant can be mapped, you get deep insights and ultimately make more sales.
That sounds complicated, doesn’t it?
studiolution is extremely easy to use. This is also our highest claim: “Simplicity”. Because any idiot can make something complicated – simple is hard 😉 We don’t believe in standing there with an instruction manual all the time, nor that such a product should cost several thousand euros.
Our success is when our Clients become more successful. That is why studiolution is like a small management consultancy. And this is how we understand our service and all our actions: The focus is on our Clients and their success – then that also comes with us. Apart from the fact that it’s much more fun for everyone that way….
And all this arises so simply?
No! As with our Clients – we are very careful about who we work with. From the beginning, there were great people with a lot of heart and soul. I believe very much that you are stronger together than alone. This is also how we generally deal with each other in the team. We are always looking for people who feel passion and have character – that is more important than already being able to do everything.
