All you need is an Internet connection and you can use studiolution conveniently from various end devices, such as a PC, Mac or laptop, even from the comfort of your own home. Additional devices such as receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners and EC devices can be easily connected. This keeps you flexible, you don’t have to commit to any specific hardware and your wallet is happy too 🙂

You pay once for the entire term (depending on the tariff) by direct debit. You can find an overview of our prices on the homepage. Each employee is charged €2.50 per month (net) – but only from the second employee onwards. This means less than one latte per month per team member 😉 Incidentally, there are no additional costs from the eighth employee onwards (employee flat rate).

studiolution is developed in Germany. Our servers are also located in a data center in Germany (Bavaria). All data is transferred in encrypted form.

Of course – and free of charge! We are happy to help you with this, e.g. with an Excel template. Just talk to us about it.

studiolution is web-based. This means you can log in anywhere in the world (on vacation, from home, etc.). Several people can be logged in at the same time. You can also operate two or more computers in your store, for example, in order to be able to cash in and enter appointments at the same time. If you catch a virus or your hard disk breaks down, your data will be preserved. This doesn’t work with a local installation – and the tax office wouldn’t care if the hard disk was broken.

We recommend Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari for Apple users.

Yes – studiolution works with all EC devices where you can manually enter the amount to be paid into the device – and that almost always works 🙂

Even better: we also have studiolution Pay Terminal. Our terminal runs via our interface and is fully integrated into studiolution. This makes cashiering, closing and bookkeeping much easier and saves nerves. More information about studiolution Pay Terminal can be found here.

studiolution uses a cloud TSE. We have connected the provider fiskaly GmbH to our systems. Fiskaly has all the necessary TSE certificates.
